Please securely package the item(s) along with all accessories and original packaging.

We offer free return shipping within the 30-day period and will provide a prepaid return label upon request. You can drop off the package at a nearby carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Our free return policy means you can shop with confidence—no questions asked within the 30-day return window.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not available for orders placed with incorrect product selections (such as choosing the wrong phone model, size, color, or style). We encourage all customers to double-check their order details before checkout to ensure accuracy.
